big_kev Posted June 30, 2008 Report Share Posted June 30, 2008 Yep, they are having problems. They appear to be queuing/filtering externally incoming mail. You can send to other people but you can't receive....or at least its delayed. Looks like some kind of filtering because if you reply to a bt address it gets through instanly.....if you send it doesn't. Works ok bt to bt. Mail', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x80004005 this has also affected the desktop(main)computer no problems receiving emails from another account,funny thing is ive just sent an email from my bt account to my other 1 and it came through. ive updated bt desktop help etc and attempted to run the repair facility and came back all ok :) im at a loss as to what to try?.
