Problems With Automatic Glx

My Mondeo glx auto (W) 2 litre is a mystery. The problem first started 35,000 miles ago (1 1/2 years), when accelerating , it changes up from 1st to 2nd , if you then take your foot off the pedal, the revs stay up for 2-3 seconds, taking the car fwd when you want it to slow down, then the revs drop sharpy, making the gearbox thump. I have to-date had 2 visits from a FORD EXPERT ENGINNER, 2 new gearboxes, 2 throttle sensors, wiring loom, ecu, t/convertor, engine stablisers and possibly other things. The last time the gearbox was changed, it did improve a little, but as soon as I drove the car out of the Ford garage it did the same thing. All this was done under warranty, but they wanted me to pay
